Rae Nomura became a commercial broker after nine years of working on the appraisal side of commercial real estate. Her former experience as a Certified General MAI Appraiser provides her with the knowledge and experience of underwriting and analyzing commercial properties with her client’s goals in mind. She works with both investors and owner-users to find real estate solutions with a focus on retail, multi-family, mixed-use, and small office properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Rae has served on NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Board since 2015 (2023 Developing Leader’s President), is an active member of ICSC, and a CCIM Designee.
When not at work, you can find Rae golfing, hiking, or snowboarding on Mount Hood with her husband and daughter or traveling to a new foody spot or eclectic hole in the wall.
Rae currently holds real estate licenses in Oregon and Washington.
