With a professional career spanning more than 25 years under his belt, Rainier Sebastián León parlayed his 18-year corporate career at a Fortune 50 company into a thriving real estate practice of over 17 years as an associate at RESF. Rainier Leon PA, accredited A+ by the Better Business Bureau, has evolved through the years, adding services and market-setting sales along the way.
In 2024, his consulting services were formalized with the founding of R&R Consulting. R&R offers white-glove development strategizing and deal creation for developers and landowners. Its mission is to create off-market acquisition options according to developer clientele needs; conversely, R&R offers a discreet avenue for asset owners to sell outside the public domain.
León’s corporate career as an IT project manager for American Airlines’ U.S, Caribbean and Latin American markets yielded success on 627 projects in 44 countries. At end of Q116, Leon left HPE to focus full time on real estate at RESF & an EB5 Consultant for business/franchise expansion projects. Simultaneous to his corporate tenure, he earned Top Producer status in 2015 in a part-time capacity at RESF & continues to do so year-to-date.
Léon starts 2025 with a deal pipeline exceeding $200M across all sectors- land, office, hotel, retail, industrial and multifamily. “My clients rely on my diligence, insight and relentlessness to deliver the best investments,” he insists. “That privilege and absolute trust is my sole driver and priority over all else — personal life included.” León’s clients range from private to institutional, and small investors to larger-cap domestic companies, as well as multinational entities and celebrities.
León holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a Master of Science in International Real Estate & currently pursuing his CCIM pin.
He has been involved in philanthropic initiatives since 2006 & joined the City of Miami Office of Sustainable Initiative’s Green Building Committee at the invitation of City of Miami Mayor Manny Diaz.
