DePasquale has more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience with an exclusive focus on multifamily investment sales across the Midwest. He holds real estate licenses in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Indiana and Minnesota. His previous experience includes opening and managing the first Midwest office for Hendricks & Partners, which he led until its acquisition by Berkadia. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. in Finance from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wake field, Ralph was a part of Berkadia and the acquisition and asset management of over $750 million in real estate for Met Life’s: Real Estate Investment Group.
