Ralph Oldham joined CBRE Charlotte in August 2012 as a member of the Office Leasing Team. He has over 26 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in office leasing transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Ralph was with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer where he represented a wide range of office tenants in the Charlotte region. Some of his notable clients include Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Lowe’s, GE Capital, Pitney Bowes, Strayer University, South University, Gallagher Bassett, Selective Insurance and SAS. Ralph was the lead broker in the recent relocation of the Chiquita World Headquarters, where they secured a 13 year lease for 137,790 SF at NASCAR Plaza. Ralph was the Landlord’s Director of Leasing with Highwoods Properties for 10 years, where he leased over 4 million SF of office/flex/warehouse space for the Charlotte region. Ralph’s areas of responsibility also included the Greenville and Columbia, SC markets. Ralph possesses significant expertise in all facets of real estate transaction from negotiating lease points to coordinating tenant up-fit projects.
