Ralph Ours is Director, Leasing in the Mid-Atlantic region for Federal Realty Investment Trust. In this capacity, he is responsible for leasing many of Federal’s lifestyle properties in the Washington, DC area, including Congressional Plaza, Wildwood Shopping Center, Bethesda Row and the Village at Shirlington. He oversees the strategic merchandising at these assets for national, regional and local tenants. Ralph has over 30 years in the retail real estate industry. Prior to joining Federal in 2002, he was with First Washington Realty Trust for ten years. Ralph graduated from George Washington University with an MBA in finance, and holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the Juilliard School. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
