Ramin Salehi specializes in Industrial sales and occupier representation throughout the South County San Diego and Northern Baja markets commonly known as the “CaliBaja” region. His primary focus is on negotiating industrial land development and industrial building leases/sales. He is dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operation of cross-border business, as well as localized success in both markets.
Our “CaliBaja” Team covers the US Border areas of Otay Mesa, Chula Vista, National City and Calexico, as well as the N. Baja areas of Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, Tecate and Mexicali. We are the only team that actively operates on both sides and works alongside our CBRE Global Occupier Division to help assist the prominent multinational and Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution community.
Since 2020, his multi-lingual Team has sold over 1000 acres of industrial land to users and developers, participated in the sale of 45 Buildings totaling in excess of 7 Million SF and have leased over 3 Million SF in the region. This experience translates to an unparalleled depth of knowledge for what it takes to succeed in the realm of industrial commercial real estate in the “Calibaja” Region.
