Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Ramon Pecina began his real estate career in 2004 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UTPA. With more than two decades of experience, he has worked across the full spectrum of real estate in South Texas—from entry-level homes to site selections for multi-million-dollar tax-credit developments consisting of 100–150 unit complexes with unique infrastructure requirements.
Ramon’s background also includes hands-on development, including a partnership of an 18-lot single-family subdivision in the growing City of Alton, Texas. His ability to navigate both the financial and construction sides of the industry allows him to shift seamlessly from discussing construction costs to analyzing vacancy rates, ROI, and long-term performance on projects of any size.
Real estate is part of Ramon’s DNA. His wife, father, brother, and even his late grandfather are all real estate brokers, making him a third-generation professional in the industry. That legacy, combined with his finance education and extensive field experience, gives him a comprehensive, trusted perspective that clients rely on for both residential and commercial decisions.
