Bio
Randi''s extensive real estate leasing and investment transaction experience has led her to a key position with PM Realty Group as a Vice President for the office and retail leasing portfolio in the Greater Houston market. Randi''s involvement in a number of substantial office and retail transactions proves her abilities as a strong closer, and her wide-spread knowledge of marketing and product promotion adds substantial value to any client''s project marketing efforts. Randi''s expertise lies in the development of agency leasing while her investment background contributes to her to focus on viable tenant relations that maximize asset value for the landlord. Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Smith worked for the senior agency office and retail leasing team at Grubb & Ellis Company where she was a partner in multiple retail disposition and acquisition transactions with the senior retail investment team. During that time, Ms. Smith was awarded multiple tenant representation assignments with national tenants such as CitiFinancial Group, Valero, and Midas, and received the Grubb and Ellis 2006 “Rookie of the Year” award and was elected to the 2007 Houston Board of Directors. Randi began her career in real estate in 1997 with the national multi-family development firm, Gables Residential serving in leasing, management and training roles over her five-year tenure. Her success in business-to-business sales with Centex Corporation''s Title Division and direct sales for national condominium developer American Invsco, combined with her leasing and management experience, has given Randi a strong comprehension of the real estate transaction negotiation process from every side of the deal. Randi is a member of several real estate business groups including Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA). She is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM). She attended the University of Houston in pursuit of a degree in Sports Medicine while working as an assistant trainer and neuromuscular therapist for the Team Grant professional boxing team. She is a professional Jazz Vocalist performing at multiple venues throughout the community and is President and founder of Baby Necil, a non-profit organization for Parkinson''s and other neuromuscular diseases.
