When experience matters, there are very few real estate professionals that can boast of a track record that Randie has achieved in close to 30 years in real estate. Randie, a Master's Degree graduate of Florida International University, has, with her husband Hakki Koroglu, a prominent architect, owned Coconut Grove Realty since 1978, and currently serves as President and Managing Broker.
Unlike most Managing Brokers, Randie still sells Miami real estate personally on a daily basis, acutely aware of the myriad challenges facing Buyers and Sellers. Randie brings her experienced calm and steady resolve to every situation, an asset beyond measure to her clientele, many of whom she has served generations deep.
As Broker since 1993, Randie has amassed a team of real estate professionals that are the essence of Coconut Grove Miami real estate. Headquartered in the iconic building that she and her husband own in the very heart of the Grove, Randie oversees our boutique firm that has its finger firmly on the pulse of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Miami Real Estate.
Randie's vast experience and professional ethics have led her to be requested as a member of the Miami-Dade Realtor Association's Arbitration Board, on which she proudly serves.
