Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Randy worked in the heavy equipment industry for a CAT dealer in Richmond, Virginia. Randy was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple service areas. Since joining Commonwealth Commercial, Randy has participated in land sales throughout Virginia, ranging from the Shenandoah Valley to Chesapeake, Virginia. As a member of the Land Division for Commonwealth Commercial, Randy focuses on the brokerage of urban and rural land for development and investment. Randy’s expertise includes land best suited for timber, recreational, residential, mixed-use, retail, industrial, office and multi-family development.
