Randy Ellison is a Managing Director in the Orange County office of Cushman & Wakefield. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, Randy has earned a notable list of loyal clients, including institutional landlords, owners/users, and investors.
Randy oversees marketing and business development throughout Orange County’s industrial markets. Specializing in investment sales, leasing, and tenant representation while providing unmatched professional customer service, Randy has been involved in over 675 transactions totaling more than 17 million square feet of industrial real estate.
Previously, Randy worked as a brokerage professional with The Saywitz Company, providing tenant representation services to users throughout Southern California. Before launching his brokerage career, Randy was a top sales producer for IKON Office Solutions. Randy and his family reside in Huntington Beach.
