Randy Forbes has parlayed his family name and father's legacy into his own legendary real estate career, with more than $1 billion in sales revenue over his three decades in the business. The son of Randy Forbes, Sr., one of Jon Douglas' original managers for more than 25 years and an industry leader for nearly half a century, Forbes specializes in estate properties, income properties, probates, trusts, REO sales, and 1031 exchanges. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University, a credit to his business-like approach.
