An experienced commercial real estate broker and advisor, Randy specializes in healthcare leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining The Clinical Group, Randy spent 11 years at NAI James E. Hanson, and spent 7 years as a real estate advisor for a northern NJ boutique real estate firm. Since 2003, Randy has conducted over hundreds of CRE lease and sale transactions. In addition to completing market evaluations on healthcare, office, industrial, retail, and investment properties, he offers consulting services for financial modeling, negotiation, equity and debt restructuring, and capital markets. Randy is co-president of CREA United (Commercial Real Estate Alliance), a collaborative real estate organization of groups representing various sectors within CRE. Together, these groups include over 100 member firms forming the backbone of commercial real estate.
Education
Randy earned a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE)—with a concentration in real estate finance and investment—from New York University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2007.
