Randall A. Kobata is a Senior Vice President at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. For more than 19 years, he has represented corporate, mid-sized and entrepreneurial clients in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties throughout the Southern California region. Mr. Kobata has successfully managed over 600 lease and sale transactions in the last 19 years, amounting to over $700 Million in value.
A seasoned professional, Mr. Kobata focuses his talent and effort on providing thorough and exemplary service to his clients from the beginning of a transaction through its completion. Mr. Kobata believes in “playing the long game” when it comes to servicing clients’ needs. He works diligently to assist landlords to market and fill vacant space and to help tenants and business owners find the best possible location, facility and terms for their business, providing expert guidance and complete transparency throughout the process. Prior to joining DAUM, Mr. Kobata was a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies, and began has career as an Associate at CBRE where he worked on several national accounts including the Western United States Verizon account. He also marketed several large developments for Investment Development Services (IDS) and the Hileman Company.
