Randy C. Merritt, CCIM began his real estate career with Hub Bechtol in 1981 and joined McAllister & Associates as a broker in 1992. Randy is a past president of the Commercial - Investment Division of the Austin Board of Realtors and was voted C-ID Member of the Year in 1997. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors in 1994. Only about 6,500 commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation and it is the most coveted and respected designation in the industry. A CCIM is an individual who, by education, experience and knowledge of the marketplace, is an expert in commercial-investment real estate.
