Raquel Lachino is a senior property manager in Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office, managing a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of industrial product in the Orange and Los Angeles County region. With 20+ years of property management experience in the Orange County commercial real estate market, Raquel is committed to cultivating and maintaining excellent working relationships with tenants and clients. Raquel possesses an extensive financial background, including annual budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and monthly reporting. In addition, she has overseen various tenant improvement and capital projects. Raquel is also proficient with Yardi and MRI property management accounting systems. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Raquel was a property manager responsible for the daily operations of a portfolio comprising six (6) properties totaling close to 500,000 rentable square feet of office space. These properties comprised a joint venture with an institutional owner as well as a partnership with private ownership. Raquel also oversaw two property administrators and an on-site engineering team. Raquel is a licensed real estate agent in California and a secretary of state appointed notary public officer. Raquel is a BOMA RPA Candidate.
