Raul E. Richardson is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors® and the California Apartment Association of San Jose.
After graduating with an Industrial Engineering degree and MBA from San Jose State and University of Phoenix, Mr. Richardson worked at various local semiconductor capital equipment companies. In his mid-twenties Mr. Richardson purchased his first home in San Mateo and has since acquired and managed single family homes, duplexes, apartment buildings and vacation homes throughout Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo Counties.
He has 25 years’ experience managing his own properties in addition to a portfolio of single family homes, and apartment units. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mr. Richardson opened and managed a Prudential Real Estate office servicing Bay Area home owners. Currently, he owned and managed a full service brokerage firm in San Jose, CA. Raul was raised in the Bay Area, and currently resides in West San Jose, CA.
