Ravi S. Modasra is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker at The Mohawk Companies & BlueBird Commercial Real Estate and has been an active licensed real estate professional since 2012. His real estate experience includes all aspects of buying, selling and leasing real estate. Mr. Modasra has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and seller in several industries with an extensive focus on hospitality and hotel product. Mr. Modasra brings tremendous value to Hotel investors and is well versed in all aspects of Hotel & Hospitality Brokerage including land and property acquisition, all states of development, financing, franchising and repositioning-dispositioning of assets. Prior to working in real estate, he had over a decade of real-world experience as principal for several hospitality holdings in New York State.
A third-generation businessman, Mr. Modasra understands the inherent goal of any business, to make a profit, and prides himself on building long lasting relationships with clients. Mr. Modasra is also Vice President and principal owner of The Mohawk Companies (mohawkcompanies.com), a full-service real estate development and management company based in Schenectady, New York.
Mr. Modasra graduated from Siena College with a B.S. in Accounting degree. He is Vice President of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Greater Capital Area Chapter, President of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) and a board member of Rotary Club of Scotia District 7190.
Born and raised in New York State’s Capital Region, Mr. Modasra continues to reside just outside of Albany, New York in Saratoga County with his wife and two kids.
