Rawles Wilcox leverages decades of experience in commercial banking, real estate and marketing to generate industry-leading results for his clients. A 15-year multifamily real estate veteran, He has substantial expertise in the sale, financing, and capitalization of multifamily investments throughout the United States with a specialty in the Washington, DC, Richmond and Hampton Roads regions. During his investment sales career, he has managed the sale or recapitalization of more than $6.5 billion in multifamily investments. He was previously a senior member of one of the largest full-service investment advisory firms focused on multihousing properties, having helped found their mid-Atlantic office.
As Principal of KLNB Capital Markets | Multifamily, Mr. Wilcox is responsible for overseeing and supporting KLNB’s Multifamily Team in executing investment sales and debt placement engagements. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as golf, skiing, fishing and biking.
