Ray co-founded NetCo Investments, Inc. with Mitch Bayat in 2002 to focus on value-added shopping center developments and investments. Mr. Bayat has since played a key role in the acquisition, redevelopment, sale, and financing of over a million square feet of commercial real estate. Ray's earlier career includes tenure at Grubb & Ellis, including national recognition for retail sales performance, and at Newhall Land. Ray managed leasing for a substantial portfolio of office and retail properties in Los Angeles County.
With more than 25 years of experience, Ray has worked with a wide range of national retailers, restaurants, service providers, and financial institutions. Mr. Bayat's expertise spans leasing, market analysis, entitlement evaluation, and feasibility studies. Ray continues to pursue investment opportunities across the Western States and selectively completes build-to-suit assignments for tenants.
