Ray has been in the commercial real estate field for 10 years and joined Richard Bowers & Co in 2007 and is a landlord/tenant representative for clients with office, retail, and industrial space requirements.
Ray has a Associates degree from Georgia Military College in Business Administration and is finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate at Georgia State University
Mr. Nestlehutt is also currently working toward the prestigious designation as a CCIM specializing in investment property acquisition and disposition
Prior to joining Richard Bowers & Co., Ray worked for Don Jackson Lincoln Mercury where he was 2006 salesman of the year. He also was the owner of several restaurant/bars in the middle Georgia area before he moved to Atlanta.
While attending college, Ray has held multiple fraternity offices including chapter President for Pi Kappa Alpha while attending Georgia College & State University and also held the position of Inter-fraternal Council treasurer.
Ray is a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors and is the youngest serving member on the Government Affairrs Committee of CBR.
