RAYMOND A. PLOUCHER, CCIM, is a principal in Real Estate Advisory Corp. – Tampa (R.E.A.C.T.), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage & management firm located in Tampa, Florida. Originally from Philadelphia, Ray has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market in west central Florida since 1985. He has been responsible for the sale, leasing, and redevelopment of over $100 million dollars of commercial real estate transactions. Ray is qualified in all aspects of the commercial real estate market with extensive experience in tenant representation, investment sales, site selection, property management, development & redevelopment, and acquisitions & dispositions. Ray, as an active investor in commercial real estate, has redeveloped numerous retail and office properties. Ray has represented financial institutions, national anchor tenants, freestanding national users, and office and industrial tenants. A graduate of Temple University, Ray captained the university’s track team, while obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. In 1988 he received the CCIM designation, the highest commercial investment designation available through the National Association of Realtors, after successful completion of 240 hours of graduate level curriculum. Ray is past president of the Rotary Club of Tampa Bay. Ray is a current member of the National CCIM Institute.
