Rayza Perez is a commercial real estate executive specializing in retail investment sales and leasing throughout South Florida. With over fifteen years of industry experience and more than 100 completed transactions, she is known for executing complex retail deals with precision, strategic insight, and a results-driven approach. Her leadership and industry impact have earned her recognition as a Bisnow South Florida Women Leading Real Estate nominee. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Rayza spent several years at DWNTWN Realty Advisors focusing on retail investment sales. Earlier in her career, she led the commercial division of one of Miami’s fastest-growing real estate firms, overseeing a network of more than 660 associates and contributing to the firm’s rapid expansion. This leadership background, paired with deep transactional expertise, allows her to navigate assignments with discipline, clarity, and confidence. While retail real estate remains her primary focus, Rayza brings a comprehensive understanding of multiple commercial asset classes and transaction structures, enabling her to advise investors, landlords, and tenants across a wide range of opportunities. She is recognized for her market knowledge, relentless work ethic, and ability to advocate effectively for her clients at every stage of the transaction.
