Raza Khan is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and lead broker of The Khan Group at JPAR, with nine years of experience and over $50M in career closed transactions across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. His practice focuses on land, commercial, and investment real estate, with particular depth in transitional land, subdivision feasibility, retail and industrial site selection, and value-add investment opportunities.
Raza holds advanced credentials from the CCIM Institute (financial analysis, cost estimating, land packaging) and the Realtors Land Institute (site selection, transitional land, subdivision development), along with Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor designation.
