Rebecca Levell is Executive Managing Director and Development Partner at Madison Capital Group, overseeing projects in North Carolina and Virginia. Since joining in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in developing over 2,500 multifamily units across the Southeast. Notably, she led the $115 million Madison OMB project in Charlotte’s South End.
With prior experience at Aston Properties and Berkeley Capital Advisors, Rebecca brings expertise in acquisitions, financial analysis, and project management. A Charlotte native and UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, she holds real estate licenses in North and South Carolina.
