Rebecca Wells has extensive experience and expertise helping commercial real estate investors build and grow their investment portfolios, providing a full-service solution throughout the life cycle of investment from market consultation & acquisition to recapitalization & disposition. With over 20 years of experience focusing on this market segment, Rebecca has been involved in $1.2B in transactions totaling more than 15.5 million square feet.
She began her investment sales career in 2001 at a Cushman & Wakefield legacy firm in Indianapolis. Wells is a graduate of Indiana University and also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is active in ULI, CREW, and is on the Advisory Board of the Kelley School of Business Center for Real Estate Studies.
