As a Senior Associate at Atrium Commercial, Rebekah specializes in leasing existing shopping centers, ground up development, selling and ground leasing outparcels. Rebekah has represented projects throughout Central Florida from Downtown Orlando to the East Coast. Prior to joining Atrium Commercial, Rebekah started in the industry with Bishop Beale Duncan in 2016 as an Intern for the Retail Department. Shortly thereafter, she moved into the role of Brokerage Coordinator and was exposed to multiple facets of commercial real estate ranging from land development, residential urban infill projects to retail leasing. Rebekah was promoted to an Associate specializing in retail leasing. She has worked with both local and regional clients in the market as well as local and national retailers.
Under the guidance of both Jill Rose and JP Beaulieu, coupled with a background in research and marketing, Rebekah brings a different perspective to leasing. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.
