Rece Morgan is a broker for Reedy Property Group, LLC overseeing real estate transactions in the state of Georgia, with a primary focus in the Augusta market. Previously, Rece was the CEO and President of Central Realty Holdings, where he oversaw operations and was instrumental in establishing and executing the company’s strategic goals. He also served as Chairman of the Board for four years. Rece’s extensive experience in the real estate industry includes four years at Westplan Investors in Atlanta, GA, where he directed the acquisition, disposition, and operational activities of retail and commercial properties. He also spent five years at Stafford Properties, Inc., holding positions such as President, CEO, and Senior Vice-President of Leasing, where he was responsible for strategic planning, leasing, asset management, and property management of a retail portfolio valued at around $400 million. During his tenure at Rothschild Realty/Charter Oak Partners, Rece oversaw field operations and personnel for a $500 million portfolio of outlet shopping centers across the country, while also managing asset and property management functions and participating in project development. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, he has pursued extensive post-graduate studies in real estate, finance, and commercial development. He is affiliated with esteemed professional organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute, and serves as a dedicated member of the Nature Conservancy. Rece has been an active member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Grahamville, SC. He and his wife, Catherine, have three children. They currently reside in Greenville, having previously lived in Atlanta for a decade and Grahamville for over twenty years.
