As a Senior Vice President within the industrial advisory group of Colliers, Reed specializes in representing both private and publicly traded corporations in the disposition, acquisition, leasing and development of industrial real estate. With expertise throughout the greater Chicagoland area and a primary focus in DuPage and Kane Counties, he is able to assist clients in executing real estate strategies while providing in-depth market knowledge. He works alongside Colliers Principal Brian Kling.
Prior to joining Colliers, he was a sales associate with Newmark Knight Frank Epic, specializing in industrial real estate brokerage. In this role, he assisted companies with industrial sales and leasing throughout the Central DuPage and Fox Valley submarkets while identifying and tracking prospective clients. He was also responsible for planning and executing effective strategies to help fill vacancies within the company’s portfolio.
