As Property Manager, Reed oversees the Abacus Portfolio at BH3, while also supporting leasing and investment sales efforts. He brings a diverse background in commercial real estate brokerage, having transacted shopping centers, development sites, mixed-use, and net lease properties across New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining BH3, he was with Marcus & Millichap before moving to Horvath & Tremblay with his team. In addition to his brokerage experience, he founded and successfully sold his own business, The Alcove NY, in December 2024.
