Reed is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Urban Studies & Planning, specializing in Real Estate Development. He is also a certified Real Estate Financial Modeling analyst through Wall Street Prep. As a five-year NCAA Division I student-athlete and four-time NCAA finalist, Reed developed a strong foundation in discipline, strategic thinking, and high-performance teamwork—skills he now applies to the real estate industry.
His experience includes property management, leasing operations, and investment analysis through hands-on roles at Abrams Coastal Properties and MSM Global Ventures. Reed has managed residential portfolios, supported tenant relations, and assisted with financial modeling projects, sharpening both his operational and analytical expertise.
Now Reed, is supporting the acquisitions and asset management teams in evaluating value-add office and industrial investment opportunities across the Western U.S. Responsibilities include underwriting prospective acquisitions using ARGUS and Excel, conducting market research, and assisting in due diligence. Working closely with principals and senior team members on real estate investments.
