Bio
Since 2003, she has worked as a real estate advisor focused on an array of projects that formed out of the community development efforts in her own community. She has served on the local Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) board for 8 years and her local civic organization for several years which provided the foundation to learn about zoning and variances, increasing conversations around smart and sustainable design development standards, along with the value of working with local city planners and government. She used the knowledge she gained and began to assist clients with acquiring commercial assets and managed a multi-family property. In 2018, she completed project REAP and began to further expand her skill set and to date has represented retail tenant clients, including working with franchisees on restaurant, Urgent Care and insurance company site selection. She has also represented owners and marketed and sold industrial properties and most recently worked with a school in selecting their next campus; a shopping center property identified off-market that her client purchased and will repurpose.
Renee continues volunteering within her community, serving on several boards to continue to bring smart thoughtful development and developers, along with serving on the GA CCIM board where she has volunteered on the mentorship committee for 4 years building critical content to help the next generation of commercial brokers, along with serving on the Programs Committee in the recent past. She serves on the Urban Land Institute/Women’s Leadership Institute Committee, coordinating content for fellow ULI/WLI members and she has built a sphere of commercial professionals that supports the due diligence work for her and her clients. Renee has earned top recognition with Berkshire Hathaway as one of its top 3% real estate professionals Globally as a Chairman Circle Gold member and will be recognized at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in 2026 as a Life Time Million Dollar Agent.
Renee is a dual practitioner working with residential development clients focused on community development and working with commercial clients as well to market and sale commercial assets and assist tenant clients with securing their next location. She is a member of several commercial real estate organizations, including ICSC (Retail focused), ULI/WLI (Land/development focused), Georgia CCIM (brokerage), CCIM Foundation (brokerage education & designation), Atlanta Realtors Association & the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
