Renee Tabache joined Winick Realty Group in 2015, where she focuses on tenant representation throughout New York City. Ms. Tabache came to the firm after a year-long stint at Cushman and Wakefield, where she gained experience conducting property tours and prospecting tenants in the Downtown Brooklyn retail market.
A native of Brooklyn, Ms. Tabache grew up in a family of wholesalers and retailers, giving her insight into the language of business from an early age. Ms. Tabache has had the opportunity to experience retail first hand as she currently serves as a personal shopper for men. In addition, she previously interned at asset management firm Neuberger Berman, where she dealt with tax filings and audits, creating a unique understanding of the financial requirements of her clients.
Ms. Tabache studied Real Estate Management with a background in accounting and a minor in journalism in the honors program at Baruch College.
