Bio
Rett joined BND in September 2024 as a valued member of the brokerage team. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, he is a proud graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University. Rett’s connection to BND began during his college years, when he interned with the firm and had the opportunity to learn firsthand from senior leadership.
After graduation, Rett spent five years in Florida working for two major companies, where he gained significant experience in the sales industry. His time there helped sharpen his client-focused approach and laid a strong foundation for his transition into real estate. Upon returning to Fort Wayne, Rett obtained his real estate license and joined BND as a full-time broker. His approachable style, energy, and natural ability to connect with others have made him a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.
Outside the office, Rett enjoys golfing, playing music, and attending sporting events. He is also dedicated to spending quality time with his family and staying actively involved in his community.
