With a lifelong career dedicated to real estate, I bring decades of experience across multiple facets of the industry. My background includes land development, new construction, remodeling, fix-and-flip projects, and private money lending.
I’ve helped developers navigate the complexities of creating subdivisions, condominium projects, industrial and commercial developments, as well as small lot line adjustments and partitions. I’ve also worked selling building materials such as windows, doors, skylights, light fixtures, and appliances, providing me with a deep understanding of product quality and proper installation. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of educating fellow realtors on accurately pricing lots and development land and determining the highest and best use for properties, from small lots to large development tracts. With my extensive contacts, I am extremely well-connected to lenders, builders, developers, fixers & flippers, investors, surveyors & planners, along with multiple contractors in many of the trades. I have personally invested in land development projects, built new construction homes, remodels, and owned and operated rental & and recreational properties.
