Reynolds Robinson is a Beaufort-born commercial real estate professional and co-founder of Principal Advisors. He has played a key role in growing the firm from a small property management company into a full-service commercial real estate platform. As a South Carolina Real Estate Licensee, Reynolds has brokered over $20MM in commercial sales and represented landlords and tenants in hundreds of lease transactions, including deals involving Edward Jones, Vitamin Shoppe, Bath & Body Works, Wells Fargo, Regions Bank, and various local, state, and federal agencies.
An IREM-certified commercial property manager, seasoned principal/investor, and active landlord, Reynolds oversees all functions of Principal Advisor’s operations, as well as a personal portfolio of over 12 local commercial units. He is known for delivering practical, tailored real estate solutions aligned with each client’s specific goals.
