Rhonda Gaskins is the Broker/Owner of Lake Area Realty, serving the Lake Martin and Dadeville areas with unmatched experience, insight, and community commitment. A local resident since 1998 and licensed Realtor® since 2002, Rhonda specializes in luxury properties, waterfront homes, investment properties, relocation, and senior real estate needs.
She holds multiple professional designations, including SRES®, e-PRO®, and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, and is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Rhonda has served in every leadership position within her local Board of Realtors and will serve as Treasurer in 2026 and is on track to become President again in 2028.
Rhonda is widely known as a community ambassador, currently serving as President of the Lake Martin Dadeville Chamber of Commerce. When she isn’t working with clients, she enjoys time with her husband, Robert — a retired USAF veteran — their three children, and four beloved grandchildren.
