Ricardo's underwriting skills are forensic. Extensive background in investment property operations with over 12 years of highly successful property repositioning of multifamily housing. Gained experience while affiliated with real estate firms including Related, Legacy Partners and Bridge Investment Group. His brokerage skills were honed while with The Robin Group, Marcus and Millichap, and The Mogharebi Group. He identified a need for real estate services above and beyond just the transaction like property operations optimization, rent-control vacancy "buy-out" strategy, building improvements, all services designed to prepare an asset for maximum value prior to disposition.
With an exclusive focus on investment properties, Ricardo has brought tremendous value to his clients with his unique knowledge of the Los Angeles area and his extensive network of contacts. Recognizing the value of marketing listings extensively throughout the brokerage community and directly to local investors, Ricardo executes customized marketing campaigns to identify the right buyer for the deal and in some special cases, create the buyer.
