Rich Cortese is Special Advisor to the Caribbean Region at Stonebridge Companies, a hotel management firm based in Denver. He has over 30 years of experience in Caribbean resort development, operations, and asset management. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President at Caribbean Property Group, managing a $750 million portfolio that included properties such as the Ritz-Carlton San Juan, Marriott Aruba, Radisson San Juan, and multiple Courtyard by Marriott hotels. His responsibilities also extended to resorts including El San Juan, El Conquistador, Conrad Plaza, and Wyndham properties across the Caribbean. His current role supports Stonebridge’s development efforts in the Caribbean and LATAM regions.
