Bio
With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Rich Johnson brings a steady hand, deep market knowledge, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. As the founder and lead of the Rich Johnson Group at LPT Realty, he blends modern tools and forward-thinking strategies with a highly personal approach to service.
Over the course of my career in Southern California real estate, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading teams that have closed more than 10,000 transactions, representing over $10 billion in total sales volume. Along the way, I’ve trained and mentored more than 1,000 agents—many of whom have gone on to build highly successful businesses of their own. What I’m most proud of, however, is maintaining a 98% client satisfaction rate, a reflection of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, strong communication, and consistent results in every market cycle.
From first-time buyers to high-end sellers, Rich and his team focus on clarity, confidence, and results—guiding clients through every step with care, transparency, and precision.
