Rich specializes in landlord and tenant representation, retail rollout assignments, consulting, site selection, and acquisitions. Rich has an extensive network across the country and within the industry that has helped clients of all sizes get into the spaces they want to grow their businesses. Over his years at District, Rich has helped national and regional retail clients in their expansion efforts, including Trader Joe’s, The Friendly Toast, FatFace, Bay State Physical Therapy, Brookline Bank, Pressed Cafe, Washville, Neon Marketplace, and Bennett’s Sandwich Shop. Beyond that, Rich collaborates with a range of urban landlords, delivering on their leasing requirements.
Prior to joining District, Rich served as Director of Leasing for Simon Property Group, where he led business development. There, he worked with local, regional, and national retailers, restaurateurs, and experiential brands and oversaw all lease actions, property budgets, and asset management within the Simon portfolio.
