During his 35 year career, Richard G. Anderson has served in a variety of real estate development, brokerage, and construction related roles.
His experience encompasses such product types as commercial, institutional, hospitality, multi-family and single-family residential developments. This experience allows for a broad range of flexibility in dealing with multiple product types in the various geographical markets across the country.
Career responsibilities have included the management of all due diligence, entitlements, design, construction and absorption for the various development projects.
Currently, Richard serves as a Principal at Falcon Group and is responsible for all of the operational aspects of real estate development for the Firm.
Additionally, he serves as a Principal for Anderson Realty Advisors, LLC and Texas Coastal Realty, LLC, full service real estate brokerage firms with offices in Galveston and Houston.
