Richard Bailey is the founder and President of RJB Real Estate, boasting over a decade of experience as a Retail Leasing Broker with a deep understanding of commercial real estate in New York City and its surrounding areas. After successfully managing the office leasing division at KSR, Richard established RJB Real Estate. Over the past ten years, Richard has worked on a diverse portfolio of office and retail leases in New York City, leasing over half a million square feet and accumulating more than $50MM in rent. With a proven track record, Richard has completed hundreds of transactions and has represented national tenants with over 700 stores, assisting them in their expansion efforts.
