In 1981, Richard Bates saw the opportunity to begin his own company. He left a successful career with the Henry S. Miller Company as one of the top brokers in Miller’s Commercial/Retail Division. Fairly and competently representing every client is his goal which results in the forming of long term relationships with clients. He has built on that foundation through his own development and investment business. Richard enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
