Rich is a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Advisor with over twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage and finance experience. He has devised and implemented occupancy costs reduction strategies that have saved over $150 million for public and private companies such as State Street Bank, Forrester Research and OneBeacon Insurance. Rich has transacted in excess of 1 million square feet of commercial real estate leasing on behalf of corporate clients. As a Capital Markets Broker, Rich has sold/disposed of over $1 billion in commercial real estate for local and institutional owner/investors such as UBS, Cornerstone, Archon, LNR and ING Clarion.
Rich began his career on the Accounting & Finance side of the ledger, starting out with Ernst & Young, where he earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and then working in roles as corporate controller and CFO for two high tech startups, WorldSpy.com and WebAccountants.com.
