Mr. Chilcott is a Principal with the Avison Young Capital Markets Group providing acquisition and disposition services of investment properties to financial institutions, REIT’s, private investors and pension funds. Richard began his career in 1991 with Hans House Group, a private investment and development company based in London, England.
Since joining Avison Young’s Toronto Capital Markets Group in 2001 Richard has been involved with transactions totalling in excess of $5 billion. In over 20 years of commercial real estate practise Richard has completed a wide variety of real estate transactions ranging from smaller private client business to more complex portfolio transactions and promote/waterfall investment structures involving overseas investors.
