As an Associate Vice President with Wilshire Advisory Group, Richard specializes in tenant representation for commercial office lease transactions. As an example, working as exclusive representation for Nasty Gal Inc., Richard favorably negotiated a 50,000 SF corporate headquarters expansion in Downtown Los Angeles, and relocated and expanded their Distribution Center to a 500,000 SF facility in Kentucky.
During his more than 40 years of Real Estate experience, Richard has gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial real estate, including construction, construction supervision, project management, cost bidding and negotiation, real estate development, property management, and the acquisition and disposition of income property.
Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Richard was involved in residential real estate development and property management.
