Bio
Richard joined Hurstwood in July 2023 as an agency surveyor. Prior to joining Hurstwood, Richard moved to Manchester from Ireland to work in residential development/acquisitions before returning to commercial property. After completing a BSc in Property Valuation & Management at TUS Limerick, he worked as a commercial surveyor in Limerick for 2 years, in this role he worked within property management, sales & lettings and valuations. Currently Richard is working within the Sales and Marketing Team at Hurstwood, where he deals with new lettings, lease negotiations and liaising with external agents whilst working closely alongside the estates team.
