Richard Grande has specialized in local and regional commercial brokerage representation for the past twenty years. Mr. Grande is currently the Senior Director in C&W’s landlord-focused Agency Leasing Group and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of approximately 7 million square feet of office and industrial properties in Los Angeles, his geographic areas of expertise. Mr. Grande has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the lease transaction, including market/economic rents and concessions, contractual flexibilities, architectural/space planning issues, construction/tenant improvements, and aggressively markets, prospects, and represents tenants and landlords.
Mr. Grande earned his BA in Communications from the University of Southern California. He belongs to the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
