Mr. Johnson co-founded UDG in 2006. During his tenure with United, Mr. Johnson has managed all financial matters, including equity and debt capitalization, all accounting matters and all legal affairs for the company.
Prior to founding UDG, Mr. Johnson was a partner for more than 20 years at Schenk Business Solutions (f/k/a Shinners, Hucovski & Co. SC) in Green Bay. Mr. Johnson’s practice focused on providing public accounting, business consulting and real estate planning services to middle market clients throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.
Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a CPA and a CMA.
